When you pay by credit card on-line for new licenses, you receive your serial number and password immediately via email allong with a seperate email which is your paid invoice/receipt. The subscription will auto-renew annually until canceled.

All software sales are final. No refunds. Subscriptions are for one year minimum with no refunds for any unused portion. Use the free trial to test the programs, then subscribe to get a serial number to unlock it. No need to reinstall.

OAK!Merge must be installed on the same PC or network server as Act! v18 or later if a direct connection to a database is desired. Act! Essentials, Web API do not require Act! to be installed for OAK!Merge to function.
